Water Table Splashing

A shallow bin of water and cups for splashing, pouring, and first water play.

Steps

1. Fill a shallow bin or water table with an inch or two of warm water.
2. Add a couple of unbreakable cups, spoons, or floating bath toys.
3. Sit your baby beside it, or in a supportive seat, and let them splash and pour.
4. Keep a towel nearby — this one gets wet fast.

Notes

Never leave your baby unattended near water, even in just an inch or two.
