Tethered Balloon Batting (Supervised)
A balloon on a short string, batted and tracked — great for hand-eye coordination.
Steps
- Inflate a balloon and tie a short piece of string or ribbon to it.
- Tie the other end to a stroller bar, doorway, or your hand — never leave it loose.
- Let your baby bat, grab, and track the balloon as it bobs.
- Put the balloon completely away the moment playtime ends.
Notes
Balloons are a choking hazard if popped — this activity requires constant, close supervision and should be put away immediately after.
