Sidewalk Chalk Drawing

A bucket of chalk and a driveway — endless outdoor scribbling and hopscotch.

Steps

1. Grab a bucket of sidewalk chalk and head to the driveway or patio.
2. Draw simple shapes, a hopscotch grid, or a big rainbow to start.
3. Let your toddler scribble, trace, and add their own drawings.
4. Rinse away with a hose or wait for the next rain to clean up.

Notes

Chalk washes off skin and most clothes easily, but an old shirt keeps favorites paint-free.
