Crinkle Paper Play

Tissue paper and cellophane that crinkle and crackle — pure sound and texture fun.

Steps

1. Gather a few sheets of tissue paper, cellophane, or parchment paper.
2. Scrunch a sheet in front of your baby so they hear the crinkle sound.
3. Hand them a sheet to scrunch, tear, and explore on their own.
4. Try hiding a small toy inside a loosely wrapped sheet for a peekaboo surprise.

Notes

Watch for pieces coming loose — supervise closely since paper can tear into small bits.
